1. The form is available only on internet (online) from 1st September to 31st December 2025.
2. Children born in and between April 2021 and March 2022 are eligible for application for the admission of L.K.G.
3. Children born in and between April 2022 and March 2023 are eligible for application for the admission of Cluny Nursery
4. Date and time of interaction with the parents and the child will be notified in the website and school office from 1st week of December 2025.
5. After online submission Print the designated page (as instructed) in an A4 Sheet.
6. The printed matter must not be typed, photo-copied or adapted to a computer program. It must be submitted in its original.
7. Duplicate entry is strictly prohibited. If any duplicate entry is found that particular application will be cancelled. Please take utmost care to fill the relevant fields.
8. Proper and valid e-mail address and mobile number is mandatory for future communication.
9. Mention registration number for future communication.

1. Use all modern and updated browser to fill up the application. Use Google Chrome (Version : 110 or Higher), Mozilla Firefox (Version : 110 or Higher) etc. to get proper view of the screen.
2. You are requested to clear all the Cookies and Temporary Internet Files from your computer.

4. Fill all the data in Child's Information, Father's Information, Mother's Information and Family Information.
5. Before submission of the form, check the data carefully.
6. After successful submission of registration form you will receive one mail containing your registration number and confirmation of successful submission. Check your Registration Number take a printout of filled Registration Form for future use.
7. If nothing happens after clicking SUBMIT button check error message in different TAB.
8. You may edit or reprint your registration using your registration number and email.

9. Printer settings:
          File -> Page Setup and set the settings as follows and then click Ok
          Orientation : Portrait
          Margin (inches) : Top - 0.4, Bottom - 0.2, Left - 0.2, Right - 0.2
